Our domestic mains line are never constant but are mostly full of variations. A varying mains voltage can be very dangerous for the appliances which we normally use in our house. Voltage stabilizers are able to control voltage levels but do not cut off during dangerous situations.
The proposed circuit is equipped with feature of disconnecting the load if the input voltage tends to rise above or fall below certain safe thresholds. The circuit incorpotaes a triac for the necessary switching.

Fix R1 togetherwith C8 also SCR's gate to the collector of T12
Rig R6 with C10 and to the input resistor of T8.
Rig R12 to C2 not forgetting SCR's gate to the external pin-out of T8.
Link R1 along with C1 also SCR's gate to the collector of T7.
